1. Subscription Payments

SimplyPut offers subscription-based access to certain features of the Service.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly).
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.

2. Refunds

2.1 General Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused explanations
  • Downgrades or cancellations made mid-cycle
  • Accidental purchases

Once a billing period has started, charges for that period will not be refunded.


2.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors caused by a technical issue on our end

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly.


3. Free Tier

SimplyPut offers a free tier with limited usage.

  • No payment information is required for free usage
  • Refunds do not apply to free-tier usage

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings, or
  • The Stripe customer billing portal

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made unless you re-subscribe

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Restrict future access to the Service

We encourage users to contact us directly so we can resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.


6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
If changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
